good value for money and clean
the check-in worked well and even though the cleaner hadn't finished, she was pleasant and we just sat on the balcony and waited. The beds were very comfortable. the location is central with a lot of places within walking distance. The Clot metro stop was only 5 minutes walk away so again very handy. We were also able to leave our luggage on our departure in a secure place so that we didn't have to "cart" around with us until our flight later that day. The telephone service they offer worked well and all the staff we met were extremely helpful. We loved that we had a balcony at the back of the block as we looked out onto the balconies of other apartments and could watch the world go round.
Although the place was clean, as some people have commented the sofa could have done with a vacuum. It says in the description of facilities that it has a dishwasher, which it does not. Although this didn't bother us it would have been good to have a teatowel to dry up any small items that we washed up - I had meant to pack one of my own, but forgot to. Another small criticism is that we both felt that there was far too much storage space for clothes in the second bedroom and if this had been smaller there could have been a small double bed in there rather than 2 singles. The double could have gone under the window with a smaller wardrobe unit to the left of the door. Having made this comment it does say the apartment is only for 3 people, so not sure why there were 2 single beds in this room. But all in all we would recommend this place.

Great Spot in Barcelona
The location was great. It was close to the Clot Metro station, there were good supermarkets close by and it was a short walk to the Sagrada Familia. The apartment was spacious, clean, had a great kitchen and also a large outdoor terrace. The room was back from the street so it was quiet at night
The kitchen could have done with a cutting board and some additional cooking dishes and a tea towel

Great place,good location for sightseeing - access cards dont work after a day or two
Good size,clean apartment at a good location,close to most Barcelona attractions,helpful staff.
Apartement access card cant last more than a day, or two,no matter where you keep it. People across from our condo were leaving door stuck open with a broom not to deal with this. We placed it away from phones,inside the clothes,insidenthe tissue... Nothing worked,cards would just stop working after few uses. You come back from a whole day at the beach,or walking, exploring Barcelona - you cant enter.your unit and you are locked out of the apartment. Absolutely frustrating ! Staff was amazing, and would remotely connect with us and re print us a new card at the card kiosk inside the building. One night it was 1am,and they still.connected and issued new card.Thank you all !! I find this to be a huge downside for such a great place as we were locked out for more than a few times in 2 weeks.

A bad start, but a nice south facing suite.
Clean, comfortable.
Waited 2 hours outside to be checked in. Check in time was listed as 13:00. Arrived at 14:06 and had to wait outside in the hot sun until 16:00. Not good. There were no towels in the room. Had to request towels. And were asked if we looked everywhere in the suite for towels. They should have been in the bathroom! Looked in every place we could think. No towels.
